  • Aperol Spritz Glas
  • Blender

Ingredients

  • 250 ml Aperol Spritz
  • 250 ml sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • 50 g sugar syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 orange (approx. 100 ml)
  • 1 lemon (approx. 30 ml)
  • Fresh orange slices and mint leaves for garnish (optional)

    Instructions

    Prepare your blender: Place the ice cubes in your blender and ensure they are finely chopped for easier blending.

    Add the liquid ingredients: Pour in the Aperol, soda, orange juice, lemon juice and sugar syrup.

    Blend until smooth: Place the lid on the blender and blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and slushy in texture.

    Taste and adjust: Taste the slush and adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar syrup if desired. Blend again briefly to combine.

    Serve immediately: Pour the Aperol slush into chilled glasses.Garnish: Add an orange slice and a sprig of mint to each glass for a refreshing touch.

Tips

Adaptation: For a stronger citrus flavor, try adding more lemon or experiment with grapefruit juice for a more tart, deeper flavor.

Sugar-free option: Substitute simple syrup for a sugar-free sweetener like stevia or monk fruit.
