Ingredients

60ml Limoncello
90ml Prosecco (or your favourite sparkling wine)
30ml Soda water (or tonic if you're feeling adventurous)
Ice cubes
1 slice of lemon (for garnish)
Fresh mint leaves (a few sprigs will do)

Limoncello Spritz

Instructions

Chill the glass: Grab a large wine glass and fill it two-thirds full with ice cubes. Trust me, this will keep your spritz nice and cold!
Add the Limoncello: Pour 60ml of that vibrant limoncello over the ice and let those citrus notes shine.
Gently pour in 90ml of chilled prosecco. Go slow so the bubbles can really dance around.
Top with soda water: Add a splash of soda water – 30ml is perfect for giving your drink that fizzy finish we all love.
