Since I work during the week and then like to eat a snack at about eleven o'clock, I once again went looking for an energy bar recipe. This recipe for gluten-free and sugar-free oat bars turned out to be delicious! Deliciously long lasting and an ideal healthy snack at work.

Recipe

Oat Bars

The recipe is very simple: you throw all the ingredients into a food processor , run it for a while, then dump the contents onto a Baking tray and into the oven. Then melt some more chocolate, spread it on top and you're done.
