These oatmeal pancakes with strawberry make for a perfect start to your day; as it is immensely delicious, filling and good for you!

Ingredients

  • 50 grams of oatmeal
  • 100 ml buttermilk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • generous handful of fresh strawberries

Oatmeal pancakes with strawberry

    1. Grind the oatmeal in the food processor or food processor. Add the cinnamon, linseed and baking powder to the flour and mix.
    2. Beat the buttermilk through the flour. Then beat the egg through it.
    3. Heat some coconut oil in a frying pan and then divide the batter over the pan. Turn the pancake and bake until golden brown on two sides.
