These oat cookies are a simple and delicious recipe, perfect for anyone who wants to eat gluten-free and lactose-free. Made with gluten-free oatmeal, rice flour, coconut blossom sugar and coconut oil, these cookies are crunchy and flavorful. - 200 grams of gluten-free oatmeal or gluten-free oat flakes
- 30 grams of rice flour
- 35 grams of coconut blossom sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 40 grams of coconut oil (weigh before you melt it)
- 140 grams of lactose-free semi-skimmed yogurt
