Ingredients

  • 1.5 liters of water
  • 450 grams of soup vegetables
  • 3 yeast-free/gluten-free stock cubes
  • 300 grams (organic) minced beef
  • 1 onion
  • 175 grams gluten-free vermicelli
  • 1 tablespoon of dried dill
  • 1 large teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • pinch of salt and pepper

Vegetable soup with meatballs

    1. Mix the minced meat with the dill, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper. Knead well and then turn small balls the size of a bonk. Place a plate separately.
    2. Cut the onion in half and then into half rings.
