- 1.5 liters of water
- 450 grams of soup vegetables
- 3 yeast-free/gluten-free stock cubes
- 300 grams (organic) minced beef
- 1 onion
- 175 grams gluten-free vermicelli
- 1 tablespoon of dried dill
- 1 large teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- pinch of salt and pepper
