You know when you're sitting on the couch watching a movie at night and suddenly feel like something sweet? Then when you pull open a bag of chips, or pull out a chocolate bar, your body is generally not too happy about it. Sure, it should be possible once in a while, but it's much better to have a healthy alternative ready to go. Like roasted chickpeas. They are super tasty and packed with good nutrients.

Recipe

Roasted chickpeas

I used chickpeas from a jar, but you can also use dried chickpeas. Just make sure you soak them for about 12 hours beforehand.
