This delicious recipe has been on my to-bake list for a while now. Besides looking beautiful, the clafoutis is also a very easy recipe and you put your clafoutis in the oven in just a few simple steps. Will you try this gluten-free and sugar-free Clafoutis with blackberries and blueberries?

Clafoutis with blackberries and blueberries

A clafoutis looks beautiful and is also easy to make. This recipe is definitely one to put on your baking list!

Equipment

  • Baking tin of approx. 20×20 cm

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 75 grams of almond flour
  • 250 ml vegetable milk (e.g. almond milk)
  • 20 grams of coconut blossom sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 250 grams of blackberries
  • 50 grams of blueberries

Clafoutis with blackberries and blueberries

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
    2. Beat the eggs, as with an omelet. Mix the weighed flour with coconut blossom sugar and add little by little to the eggs, while you keep beating well with a whisk.
    3. Add the almond milk, the vanilla extract, cinnamon and salt and stir.
    4. Grease the baking tin with coconut oil and place the blackberries and blueberries. Then pour the egg mixture over the fruit and put the baking tin in the oven. Bake nicely golden brown in 45-60 minutes (check occasionally, baking times may differ per oven).
    5. Garnish with some fresh fruit and coconut grater. Enjoy your meal!
