Recipes Vegan Gluten-free

Fans of chocolate, any kind of chocolate, are well aware that chocolate is not the most amazing thing to eat right now when you also want to think a little about your health. The main ingredient of chocolate spread you find in stores is sugar, and in addition, it often contains palm oil and milk. If you are lactose intolerant, I think you can find special pastes, but a true sugar-free chocolate paste is rare. I looked for it for a long time, but my conclusion is that most pastas with less refined sugars still contain way too much of that.

Ingredients

  • 75 grams of plain hazelnuts
  • 3 tbsp organic cocoa powder
  • 80 grams of almond milk
  • 30 grams of coconut oil
  • 20 drops of stevia
  • Half teaspoon of specula spice

Chocolate spread

    1. Finely grind the hazelnuts in a food processor. Then add the almond milk and the cocoa powder.
    2. Meanwhile, melt the coconut oil. Add the melted coconut oil, 20 stevia drops (or more if you prefer some sweeter chocolate paste) and the gingerbread spices and let it turn.
    3. Spoon the chocolate paste into an airtight pot. You can keep the pasta in the fridge for at least 3-4 days.

Is it really so difficult to make healthy and sugar -free chocolate paste yourself, of which you can also empty the pot without feeling guilty? No. It is not difficult! It is even surprisingly easy and amazingly tasty. This variant does not have the very sweet taste of the chocolate spreads from the store, but I don't even like that. It does have the real taste of cocoa and that is what I do.

You can use chocolate pasta in many ways. I often rub it on my rice cake or on a toasted spelled design sandwich. In addition, I have a favorite cookies recipe, the gluten -free and sugar -free Oreo cookies, which you can now make yourself. These double Dekker cookies have a layer of chocolate paste between the cookies and are the ultimate feel good cookies on cold winter days. Tasty big cup of tea or soy latte and you can enjoy extra feet on the couch with raised feet.
