Ingredients

  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1.5 liters of vegetable broth (gluten-free)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 garlic clove
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • 200ml vegetable milk
  • 100g grated cheese

How to make cauliflower broccoli soup with cheese?

    1. Rinse the broccoli and cauliflower and cut the handle off. Cut into small florets.
    2. Chop the onion and finely chop the carrot and garlic.
    3. Put the broth, broccoli, cauliflower, onion, carrot and garlic in the slow cooker (or in a normal pan) and let it cook for 6-8 hours on low heat.
    4. Blender Then all the ingredients, until the soup has a nice structure. Stir the vegetable milk and cheese into the soup and season with salt and pepper. Enjoy your meal!
