- 3 ripe bananas
- 50 grams of dates (without seeds)
- 3 eggs
- 100 grams almond flour
- 50 grams of hazelnut flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- half teaspoon baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 100 grams of coarsely chopped pecan nuts
