The Westmark mandoline vegetable slicer is made of plastic and has a residual holder that makes it easy to cut even the last bits of your vegetables or fruits. Five different blades are included, all in a V-mould and range in thicknesses from 1.5 mm to 7 mm. The mandolin also has a holder that makes cutting safer. And the Westmark blades are also dishwasher safe.
