The optimal cooking temperature for the food in question is maintained throughout the cooking process, resulting in particularly gentle and even cooking. The compact and convenient sous-vide stick not only allows you to control the water temperature and cooking time, but it is also easy to use.

The desired temperature and cooking time are easily set on the LED touchscreen in 0.5°C increments over a range of 0 to 90°C and with an accuracy of +/- 0.1°C - 0.2°C between 40 and 70°C.
