With this Zwilling Sous Vide set, cooking under vacuum has never been easier. Sous vide cooking is a culinary technique where food, meat, fish, vegetables or fruits are contained in vacuum packed bags and cooked at low temperature.

The optimal cooking temperature for the food in question is maintained throughout the cooking process, resulting in particularly gentle and even cooking. The compact and handy sous-vide stick not only allows you to control the water temperature and cooking time, but is also easy to use.

The desired temperature and cooking time are easily set on the LED touchscreen with an accuracy of +/- 0.1 °C - 0.2 °C between 40 and 70 °C, in increments of 0.5 °C over a range of 0 to 90 °C.

The timer function lets you keep an eye on the cooking time, so you can concentrate on other tasks in the kitchen. When the time is up, the immersion heater beeps and automatically shuts off.
