Interior architect Alejandro Ruiz designed this Parmenide as the ultimate cheese grater for Alessi.
Because of its mould not only great in the hand, but then also serves as a decorative serving bowl on the table. The multifunctional tone with which Alessi it brings pleasure of use to the in the kitchen, the Parmenide has been awarded a place in the Museum of Modern Art in New York. The grater comes in polished stainless steel and can be ordered with the cheese holder in different colors. The Parmenide is 6.7 cm high, 15.3 cm long and 7.5 cm wide.
