Ingredients

  • Condensed milk (1 can approx. 400 g)

  • 30 g mini marshmallows
  • additional nut cookies and marshmallows for decotation

Rocky Road

    1. Cover a baking tin or baking dish of approximately 23x23 cm with baking paper. Then break the biscuits into pieces and chop the nuts a little nicer (there may be some larger pieces in between).
    2. Add chocolate to the saucepan and heat this au bain-marie. Also add the condensed milk and let it melt until you have an even mass.
    3. Then add the nuts, biscuits and marshmallows. Stir them well through the mixture and then pour it into the baking tin.
    4. Use a spatula to divide it evenly into the shape, divide the extra ingredients for decoration over the fudge. Add sprinkles if necessary.
    5. Then put the dish in the fridge. After a few hours the fudge will already have set up well. Do you want to be sure that the fudge is sturdy? Then make it the day before!
