Recipes Breakfast Gluten-free Baking Cake

A while ago I saw such a delicious recipe that I had to try it out. I like mug cakes anyway, but this mug cake from the oven with oatmeal and peanut butter seemed extra tasty. Mug cakes are usually made in the microwave, but I don't have one at the moment, but you can also make a mug cake in the oven.

Recipe

Mug cake with oatmeal and peanut butter

This mug cake with oatmeal and peanut butter is a quick and healthy breakfast. Mix together a mashed banana, beaten egg, oatmeal, flaxseed, baking powder and peanut butter. Grease a mug or bowl with (coconut) oil, pour in the mixture, and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. A filling and nutritious start to your day!
