Ingredients

  • juice of half a grapefruit
  • 3 slices of cucumber
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 5 ml elderflower syrup
  • dash of tonic
  • crushed ice
  • garnish: mint tip, grapefruit slice and rosebuds if desired

Mocktail tonic grapefruit

    1. Cut the cucumber into slices and the grapefruit in half. Squeeze the grapefruit and put the grapefruit juice in the cocktail shaker, together with the cucumber slices, mint leaves and elderberry syrup.
    2. Shake about 1-2 minutes.
    3. Pour the juice into a nice glass, fill it up with some crushed ice and then pour the tonic over it until the glass is full. Garnish with a tip of mint, a slice of grapefruit and some rose buttons or pink pepper. Enjoy your mocktail!
