- 2 eggs
- 200 grams gluten-free self-rising baking flour (e.g. Orgran)
- 250 ml vegetable milk (e.g. rice milk or soy milk)
- 1 teaspoon chopped chives
- about 125 grams of broccoli
- 2 handfuls of fresh spinach
- 1 onion, chopped
- half teaspoon paprika
- pinch of garlic powder
- generous pinch of salt and pepper
- 75 grams of gruyere (grated)
