Ingredients
- 60 grams of gluten-free oatmeal (or oatmeal flour)
- 40 grams of almond flour
- 1 large, ripe banana
- 30 grams of coconut oil
- 1 generous teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon stevia/sugar substitute
- 1 generous teaspoon vegetable milk, e.g. almond milk or soy milk
- Handful of strawberries or other fresh fruit
