Ingredients

  • 1 piece of salmon
  • 1 lemon
  • Olive oil
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Smoked salmon lemon skewers

    1. Cut the salmon fillet into equal cubes. Cut the lemon into thin slices.
    2. Thread the salmon and lemon alternately to a skewer.
    3. Brush the skewers with olive oil and sprinkle some salt and pepper over it.
    4. Place the skewers on the BBQ for about 10 minutes, turn them halfway.
