Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons of hummus ( tip: make your own hummus)
  • 14 slices of cucumber
  • 1 tomato
  • 4 slices of gluten-free bread
  • lettuce of your choice

    How to make a club sandwich with hummus, cucumber and tomato?

    1. Toast regular white or brown slices of bread in the toaster and, if necessary, cut off the crusts.
    2. Top the bread with hummus, tomato slices, cucumber and lettuce of your choice. Optionally expand with warm mushrooms and/or spring onion. The non-vegans among us can also add a slice of ham. 
    3. Repeat the above until you have a nice sandwich tower. Then cut the sandwich in half diagonally and you have your very own Club sandwich! A super easy recipe or not? Also ideal for large groups or just for 1/2 people.

We used a ready -made gluten -free bread for this recipe. This is so easy. Gluten -free bread can often be purchased in the supermarket and otherwise you will find it online. This bread is in any case perfect to experience a club sandwich.

This sandwich was very successful! It is so nice that you can put this dish on the table in no time. It only has a few ingredients, but still looks great!
