Ingredients

200 grams of dark chocolate

250 grams of sugar
2 eggs
120 grams of flour

Chocolate crinkle cake

Melt 50 grams of chocolate with the butter au bain-marie and stir until it is an even mass.
Also finely chop the rest of the chocolate.
Then add the sugar and eggs to the chocolate bone mixture.
Then mix the flour, salt, baking powder and cocoa powder into the mixture. Finally, add the rest of the chopped chocolate.
Let the dough rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

Bake the cookies at 180 ° C in 15-20 minutes.
