Ingredients

  • 200 grams of dark chocolate
  • 30 grams unsalted butter
  • 250 grams of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 120 grams of flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 7 grams of baking powder
  • 25 grams of cocoa powder
  • 100 grams of powdered sugar

Chocolate crinkle cake

    1. Melt 50 grams of chocolate with the butter au bain-marie and stir until it is an even mass.
    2. Also finely chop the rest of the chocolate.
