Ingredients

  • 5 strawberries
  • 1/2 mango
  • freshly squeezed orange juice
  • a little water

Rocket pop

Take the frozen Zoku out of the freezer and wash and peel the fruit. Put the strawberries in the blender and add a little water. Pour the mixture into the molds: this forms the first layer, so fill them about 1/3 full. Once the first layer is frozen, add fresh orange juice up to 2/3 and freeze that layer as well. In the meantime, blend some mango with water to make the third and final layer.
Watch how the ice freezes and twist them out as soon as they're ready. You now have your own super-delicious, healthy Goodfoodlove rocket pop!

This rocket pop is not only wonderfully refreshing, but also completely natural. No added sugars, just the natural sweetness of fresh fruit. Fun to make together with children!

Feel free to vary with other seasonal fruit of your choice. Make sure each layer is fully frozen before adding the next so the colors stay nicely separated.
