The Espressions Food Dryer Smart comes with 8 spacious stainless steel drying racks. It has an output of 700 watts and gets to the right temperature quickly. You can set the unit between 35° and 85°Celsius and then in increments of 5 degrees. The timer is adjustable by 30 minutes with a running time of 30 minutes to 24 hours.
