The proper way to brew coffee with a Bialetti percolator
To use a Bialleti percolator the right way, it is useful to follow some steps
Unscrew the top from the bottom.
Remove the filter from the bottom.
Fill the lower part of the percolator, the reservoir, with water. Do this up to just below the valve.
Fill the filter completely with ground and roasted coffee, without pounding it!
Replace the filter and screw the top back firmly onto the bottom.
Put the percolator on the fire and bring the water to the kook.
