  • A handful of ice cubes (about 150 g)

    • Ingredients (for 1 glass): 50 ml yuzu juice (fresh or bottled)
    • 100 ml prosecco or sparkling wine, well chilled
    • 50 ml sparkling water A handful of ice cubes (about 150 g)
    • Optional: zest of 1 lemon or grapefruit, for extra freshness


    Directions:

    • Fill a large wine glass with ice cubes, about three-quarters of the way full—this will keep your spritz nice and chilled and sparkling.
    • Carefully pour in the yuzu juice for a refreshing base.
    • Slowly pour the chilled prosecco over the ice to preserve the bubbles and prevent the drink from going flat too quickly.
    • Add the sparkling water for a lighter, more refreshing spritz.
