Vegetarian pizza with artichoke, mozzarella, arugula and bell bell pepper

How to make a vegetarian pizza with artichoke, mozzarella, arugula and bell bell pepper?

    1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
    2. Make the pizza bases with rolling pin and Cutting board or buy ready-made bases
    3. Spread the bottom with passata sauce.
    4. Cut the mozzarella into slices and the bell bell pepper into strips.
    5. Top the pizza with mozzarella, bell bell pepper and artichoke hearts. Garnish with grated cheese.
    6. Bake the pizzas for 10 minutes until nicely golden brown. Cut into slices and put some arugula over your veggie pizza, enjoy!

You only need a handful of ingredients and you're done in no time. Believe me, this is so much tastier than a frozen pizza! Do you want to add extra vegetables to the pizza? Then add spinach to the bottom. By baking the pizza on a pizza stone, the bottom becomes nice and crispy.

You really make this pizza Italian by using Carciofi, or artichoke hearts, as topping. These really don't have to be fresh. You can just buy artichokes in pot at the supermarket. These are already marinated in olive oil and therefore nice and soft. So you can eat them out of the jar or process them in a salad, without having to bake or cook them. That also makes them so good on this pizza!
