Vegetarian pizza

    1. First mix the yeast with a little lukewarm water (50-75 ml). Mix the flour and salt in a bowl and add the yeast water. Stir this into the flour.
    2. Add the rest of the flour with some water and olive oil and knead it into a dough. You knead until the dough no longer sticks to your hands. Add something more flower if that doesn't happen.
    3. Then put the dough back in the bowl and cover with a damp tea towel. Let this rise for an hour in a warm place (on the heating for example).
    4. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees with the pizza brick in it. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Sprinkle some flour over your counter or worktop and roll the dough with a rolling pin out until it is about half a cm thick. Now empty the dough on a baking paper.
    5. Cover the bottom with tomato sauce. Cut the bell pepper and onion into strips and the zucchini into thin slices. Also divide the artichoke over the pizzas and the rest of the vegetables. Finally, garnish with pieces of feta and some grated cheese.
    6. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes. And enjoy your vega pizza!
