Ingredients
- 100 grams of pandan rice or rice of your choice
- 200 ml water
- 100 ml canned coconut milk
- 100 ml vegetable milk, e.g. almond milk or soy milk
- 1 vanilla pod, marrow scraped out
- grated zest of 1/2 lemon
- pinch of coarse sea salt
- 1 apple
- small handful of chopped almonds
