Ingredients

  • 3 medjool dates
  • 2 eggs (size M)
  • 35 grams of coconut oil
  • 1 ripe banana
  • pinch of salt

Coconut cookies

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
    2. Melt the coconut oil.
    3. Put the pitted dates, the coconut flour, linseed, salt and banana in a food processor (food processor) and grind. Then put it in a mixing bowl and mix in 2 eggs and coconut oil with a fork, or let the food processor mix it for a few minutes.
