Ingredients
- 70 grams (wholemeal) rice flour
- 25 grams of gluten-free oat flakes
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 3 teaspoons flaxseed
- 5 teaspoons coconut flakes
- 30 grams of coconut blossom sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon (tartar) baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 50 grams melted coconut oil
