Ingredients
- 200 grams of gluten-free oatmeal or gluten-free oat flakes, e.g. from Lieke is Vrij
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 35 grams of coconut blossom sugar
- 40 grams of coconut oil
- 140 grams of vegetable yogurt or goat yogurt if you don't eat vegan/lactose-free
- pinch of salt
