For all knives from the Wusthof Classic series are forged from a single piece of high-quality stainless steel. Thanks to the special PTec technology, the knives are durable and razor-sharp. The handles are made of high-quality special plastic and triple riveted. They are jointless mounted for optimum hygiene.
The knives are well balanced and lie particularly comfortably in the hand. This is partly because the handles extend into a drop shape. The long head of each knife provides protection for your hand from slipping.
