Global GS Series Knives

The Global GS series is the second series of the brand's Global and complements the knives in the G series. This series includes chef's knives, steak knives, vegetable knives and handy office knives for use in the kitchen. The knives of the Japanese brand Global are made of patented cromova steel and have a hardness of 56-58 HRC. The handle is filled with sand for lighter weight and optimal balance. The Global knives lie well in the hand, partly due to the dimpled profile. This makes the knife non-slip, allowing you to maintain your grip even with wet hands. In addition, the handles from the GS series of Global a more ergonomic handle.
