The Wilfa Probaker is equipped with an extremely powerful 700-watt DC motor. Wilfa is one of the few in the market that uses PMDC motor technology. This type of motor allows for very efficient power transmission over a wide speed range.

The Probaker is equipped with a sophisticated safety system consisting of two sensors that continuously monitor the PMDC motor:

• Thermal motor protection

Measures the motor temperature during use, and automatically shuts off the Probaker at high temperatures to prevent motor damage.

• Overload

In case of overload during heavy kneading, the Probaker automatically stops and the speed indicator flashes to indicate the overload.
