Wedgwood is a company specializing in stoneware and porcelain. The British company was founded in 1759 by Josiah Wedgwood. Today it is known all over the world. The company's main objectives are innovation and high quality. Wedgwood is very busy developing new techniques. The result is visible in history; for example, in the 19th century 'Fine Bone China' porcelain was first produced. This contains bone ash which makes the porcelain much stronger.
