This allows it to be used on induction cooktops. The wok pan is also suitable for use when cooking on gas and electric, halogen, and ceramic cooktops. It is also ovenproof at temperatures up to 260 °C.
The handle of the wok pan does not get hot, so you can hold it without worries while stir-frying. This wok pan also has a PFOA-free non-stick coating. That's safe! The substance PFOA is highly toxic and is released at high temperatures. You definitely want to avoid this! Unfortunately, this pan is not suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher after use.
