The grill pan has dimensions of 28 x 28 centimeters and is made of aluminum. This makes the pan very lightweight: also nice! The pan is extra sturdy due to the titanium coating.
The bottom of the grill pan is equipped with a stainless steel, magnetic plate. This allows it to be used on induction cooktops. The grill pan is also suitable for use while baking on gas and electric, halogen, and ceramic cooktops. Additionally, it is ovenproof at temperatures up to 260 °C. The grill pan has a non-stick coating that is 100% PFOA-free. That's nice! PFOA is released at high temperatures and is very harmful to health. Unfortunately, the grill pan cannot be cleaned in the dishwasher after use.
