The Valira Frying Pan Set Aire Black consists of two frying pans that you can use well when meat, potatoes or vegetables. The frying pans are made of aluminium, which makes them very lightweight. The frying pans have a diameter of 20 and 24 centimetres.
A magnetic stainless steel plate is incorporated in the bottom of the frying pans. This makes the pans suitable for use on induction hobs. Gas and electric, ceramic and halogen hobs are also no problem. The frying pans are also oven-resistant at temperatures up to 260ºC.
The frying pans are provided with a PFOA-free non-stick coating. The substance PFOA is poisonous and is released at temperatures above 260°c. Of course, you don't want that! The stems of these frying pans do not heat up during cooking, so you can grab them or remove them from the fire without any worries. Unfortunately, these frying pans are not suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher after use.
