The Martini glass from the Basic Bar selection of Schott Zwiesel and Charles Schumann is based on the well-known, old-fashioned conical shaped martini glass. For the true martini lover this is a glass that should not be missing in the collection. The legendary bartender and author of Schumann's Bar in Munich, Charles Schumann has designed, in cooperation with Schott Zwiesel, a collection of bar glasses with classic shapes, contemporary dimensionality and perfect functionality. Each glass is designed to emphasise the specific properties and character of the drink it is intended for. The Basic Bar Selection by Charles Schumann is trendy and stylish in character and design. The glasses of Schott Zwiesel meet the highest standards for daily use set by international top class hotels, restaurants and caterers. Because we develop our glasses for professional use, you can benefit from them at home.

Whether it's wine glasses, bar glasses, carafes or servingware. Schott Zwiesel Tritan® crystal glass is certified by TÜV as durable.
Schumann's' is a familiar concept to many. Charles Schumann has owned his eponymous pub in Munich for thirty years.
In 1941, he was born in Kirchenthumbach, an area in eastern Germany. In his younger years, Schumann attended a secondary school in Regensburg, where he did grammar school. When he was seventeen years old, he quit school and started working. He did this at the federal police service, called the Bundesgrenzschuts. After some time, he went back to school. Schumann did this in Switzerland. After graduating, he had various jobs from 1971 to 1973 in clubs on the Adriatic coast and in the south of France. Nevertheless, Schumann returned to school. He studied at the Universität fur Politik und Publizistik in Munich. Finally, in 1982, he opened his well-known Schumann's Café.
Together with the German brand Schott Zwiesel, Charles Schumann developed the Schott Zwiesel Basic Bar Collection. Each glass in this set is designed to emphasise the properties and character of the drink it is intended for.
Schott Zwiesel was founded in 1872 and is known for their quality glasses. They see themselves as a craft of luxury glass culture. All glasses are made of high quality crystal glass, making them scratch-resistant and shatter-proof.
All glasses have an ultimate clarity that remains even after daily cleaning in the dishwasher. For brilliant, modern glasses, you have plenty of choice at Schott Zwiesel.
