Returns & Refunds

 Returns can be made within 30 days of receipt. Returns are via DHL and are at your own expense.

   Make sure to register the return using the following online return form.  This way you do not have to print out our return form, and it will cost you less effort!

  Cookinglife gift cards cannot be returned. The gift card is valid for two years and can be redeemed online, as well as in one of our physical stores.

 Order arrived damaged? Report your damage within 24 hours of receipt using this return form.

Can I return something via a business reply or Freepost number?
Returns are at your own expense as stated in our terms and conditions.

Make sure you pack your return correctly.
If your package arrives damaged or broken, we cannot refund it. You are responsible for properly packing your return. Read our tips on how best to wrap fragile products.

Where do I drop off my parcel? 
Returns can be sent via the selected courier in our return portal. Do not forget to request proof of postage, so the package can be traced.

Is it possible to exchange my order?
It is not possible to exchange your order. However, you're more than welcome to place a new order!

Is it possible to return my giftcard?
Cookinglife gift cards cannot be returned. The gift card is valid for two years and can be redeemed online, as well as in one of our physical stores.

How will my order be refunded?
Did you cancel or return the order? You will first receive an e-mail confirmation from us as soon as the order has been cancelled or your return processed. We will then refund the amount within the legal period of 14 days. This applies to all payment methods. 

How did you make the payment?

  • Via bank transfer: The amount will be credited to your bank account. We work with our payment partner Mollie for this. Their name will appear on your bank statement when the refund comes through. 
  • Credit car:You will see a credit amount on your credit card statement when it is processed. There can often be a delay of a few days, depending on the credit card company. 
  • Klarna/Billink: We will make sure that Klarna does not send you an invoice or that they send a credit note if you have already received the invoice. 
  • Paypal: The amount will be refunded via or to your Paypal account.
  • Gift card: If you paid for your order with a gift card, we will refund the balance. You can check your balance here.
