Cookinglife has a 30-day return policy. Please register your return via our online return form. This way you do not have to print out our return form, and it will cost you less effort!
Can I return something via a business reply or Freepost number?
Returns are at your own expense as stated in our terms and conditions.
Make sure you pack your return correctly.
If your package arrives damaged or broken, we cannot refund it. You are responsible for properly packing and posting your return.
Where do I drop off my parcel?
Returns can be sent via the selected courier in our return portal. Do not forget to request proof of postage, so the package can be traced.
Is it possible to exchange my order?
It is not possible to exchange your order. However, you're more than welcome to place a new order!
What if my item is damaged or defective?
