Did you cancel or return the order?
You will first receive an e-mail confirmation from us as soon as the order has been cancelled or your return processed. We will then refund the amount within the legal period of 14 days. This applies to all payment methods.
How did you make the payment?
Via bank transfer?
The amount will be credited to your bank account. We work with our payment partner Mollie for this. Their name will appear on your bank statement when the refund comes through.
Credit card
You will see a credit amount on your credit card statement when it is processed. There can often be a delay of a few days, depending on the credit card company.
Klarna/Billink
We will make sure that Klarna does not send you an invoice or that they send a credit note if you have already received the invoice.
Paypal
The amount will be refunded via or to your Paypal account.
Gift card
If you paid for your order with a gift card, we will refund the balance. You can check your balance here.
