Do you often test with skewer to see if your cake is cooked? With the Nordic Ware cake thermometer you don't have to guess anymore. The cake thermometer tests the doneness of your pie or cake.

How does it work. Pierce the thermometer into the cake and wait 5 seconds. Does the thermometer blue? Then the cake is still not done. Does the thermometer turn red? Then the cake is done and ready to be removed from the oven!

The thermometer is not dishwasher safe. You can clean thermometer with warm water and some detergent. Avoid contact with open flame.
