Difference between the pans

The Multi-Ply Stainless Steel frying pan does not have a non-stick coating. The pan is made of stainless steel with an aluminum core for even heat distribution and is suitable for frying with fat.
The Classic Forged frying pan is made from forged aluminum and has a ceramic, PFAS-free non-stick coating, allowing for cooking with little or no fat and making cleaning easier.
