Want to return an item? This should be done within 30 days. Does the item not work or has stopped working? Then visit the guarantee page for more information.
To return your order, you can download the return form. Print it out and place it in the parcel along with your order. Don't have a printer? Write the necessary information on a spare piece of paper. Without this information, we aren't able to process your return, and it will be delayed.

Can I return something via a business reply or Freepost number?
Returns are at your own expense as stated in our terms and conditions.
Make sure you pack your return correctly.
If your package arrives damaged or broken, we cannot process it. If this is the case, we will contact you. You are responsible for properly packing and posting your return.
Where do I drop off my parcel?
Returns can be made via all carriers. When handing over, do not forget to request proof of postage, so it can be traced.
Is it possible to exchange my order?
It is not possible to exchange your order. However, if you return something and have your money refunded, you're more than welcome to place another order!
