Thanks to the high quality and the cast aluminum, you can enjoy the Nordic Ware baking pans for a lifetime. Provided you treat the pan well before, during, and after baking, of course. All Nordic Ware baking pans have a non-stick coating, but you will still need to grease the pan for the best and tastiest result. There are two ways to do this:
Once the baking pan is well greased, you can fill it with the batter. Never fill the pan more than 2/3 full to prevent leakage. Then it's time to put your baking pan with batter in the oven. The temperature and baking time will depend on the recipe, so keep an eye on it.
To ensure that your cake comes out of the oven perfectly, it is best to use a thermometer to check the core temperature. Is your cake done? Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before flipping the pan and sliding the cake out. Never use iron or metal knives
