The full capacity of the cake tin is 4.5 cups or about a L of cake batter. Oven-safe up until 200 degrees Celsius.
Due to the high quality and the cast aluminium material, with proper care, you can enjoy Nordic Ware baking pans for a lifetime. The Nordic Ware baking pans all have a non-stick coating, but you will need to grease the pan for the best, and tastiest, results. To prevent leaks while baking, do not fill more than 2/3 of the moulds. Be sure to avoid using iron or metal knives, forks, or spoons to remove the cake from the tin, as this will damage the aluminium coating.
The cake tins can be cleansed by hand. Make sure that you clean the corners of the tin well to avoid any stuck batter from getting burnt the next time you bake!
