With the Nordic Ware heritage bundt small gold bundt pan, you can make a bundt cake in the shape of a tractor tire track. The bundt pan is a smaller version of the Nordic Ware bundt pan with a diameter of 22 cm. Handy if you want to bake something for a smaller group.

Thanks to the high quality and cast aluminum, you can enjoy the Nordic Ware baking pans for a lifetime. Provided you treat the pan well before, during, and after baking, of course. The Nordic Ware baking pans all have a non-stick coating, but you will still need to grease the pan for the best and tastiest result. There are two ways to do this:
Once the pan is well greased, you can fill it with the batter, never fill the pan more than 2/3 full to prevent leakage. Then it's time to put your batter-filled pan in the oven. The oven temperature and baking time will depend on the recipe, so keep an eye on it.
To ensure that your cake comes out of the oven properly, it is best to use a thermometer to check the core temperature. Is your cake ready? Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before flipping the pan and sliding the cake out. Never use iron or metal
