From castles to cars: with the different baking pans from Nordic Ware, your cake will be anything but ordinary. The Nordic Ware heritage bundtlette pan is made of cast aluminum and has a non-stick coating.
Thanks to the high quality and the cast aluminum, you can enjoy the Nordic Ware baking pans for a lifetime. Provided you treat the pan well before, during and after baking, of course. The Nordic Ware baking pans all have a non-stick coating, but you will still need to grease the pan for the best and tastiest result. There are two ways to do this:
Once the pan is well greased, you can fill it with the batter, never fill the pan more than 2/3 full to prevent leakage. Then it is time to put your pan with batter in the oven. The temperature and baking time of the batter will of course depend on the recipe, so keep an eye on it.
To make sure your cake comes out of the oven perfectly, it is best to use a thermometer to check the core temperature. Is your cake done? Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before turning the pan over and sliding the cake out of the pan. Never use iron
